Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item/items from the date you received it. A surcharge of 15% of the item/items price will be applied for restocking your returned item/items.

Any item/items returned damaged through customer misuse or mishandled will not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The customer will be responsible for shipping or transportation or insurance of any returned item/items.

We reserved the right to impose a 15% surcharge on a returned item/items if a customer misrepresents the condition of item/items.

Refunds

Once we receive your item/items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item/items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, a surcharge of 15% of the item/items price will be applied for restocking your returned item/items.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of
payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning item/items.

Warranty Information

This device has a 1 year warranty effective from the date of original retail purchase.

This warranty covers defects in material, parts and workmanship only.

Any damaged, misused, improper operations, altered or modified use of this device is not covered by this warranty.

Any identifiable numbers or serial numbers on this device that is altered or modified is not covered by this warranty.

It is your responsibility to keep or retain your original receipt of purchase or proof of purchase.

No third party receipts are covered under this warranty.
